A Chief Minister should consider each and every residence of the state as his children. That's true leadership. When children die of hunger and disease, instead of giving food and medicine to the people of the state if he or she expenses crores of rupees of the poor people of the state who have right basic need, on building statues, then there is something which is not very well. Its about priority. Will the father buy medicine for his sick child or will he build his statue.
